Brian Krueger
President
Brian Krueger is Co-Founder and Principal of WCL Group. WCL Group provides high end management, mentoring and collaboration personnel & services to the energy, engineering & construction industries. He leads the firm’s contracting and business development activities, and focuses on sourcing, researching and executing both public and private contracts. He spent many years performing a variety of domestic & international logistics support functions for the US military and Fortune 100 companies in the Middle East, FSU, Latin America and here in the United States.
Prior to WCL, Brian served as a Director of Operations for the Logistics/Operations & Maintenance Division of Washington Group International (WGI) and Morrison Knudsen Corporation (MK), a global Engineering and Construction firm, for nearly 30 years.
Brian received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from St. Mary’s College of California in 1979
Brian is a long-time member and serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of St. Vincent DePaul
Brian resides in Boise, Idaho along with his wife and four kids.
Corey Krueger
Vice President
Corey serves as our Vice President, overseeing all aspects of the company along side the President. After successfully onboarding multiple new clients, he established a dedicated recruiting team to cater effectively to our client’s unique needs. Leveraging his expertise in sales, client relations, and marketing, Corey consistently strives to exceed client expectations and seeks to develop new partnership opportunities to further grow WCL Group.
Corey is a proud alumnus of the University of Utah – David Eccles School of Business, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Corey calls Boise, Idaho home.
Dawn Helms Lawrence
HR and Operations Manager
With nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Dawn has been a key contributor to WCL Group since relocating to Louisiana from the Greater Philadelphia, PA area in 2008. Starting as the HR and Safety Coordinator, she played an integral role in shaping the company’s HR functions and has since grown with the company to her current role.
As HR and Operations Manager, Dawn leads HR policies, benefits administration, HRIS systems, and process automation, ensuring seamless support for a diverse workforce. She is dedicated to compliance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency, driving HR excellence to support both talent and business objectives.
Currently based in Arnaudville, LA, Dawn enjoys the outdoors and the peacefulness of rural living. Still a passionate Philadelphia sports fan, she never misses a chance to cheer on her hometown teams. While committed to professional excellence, Dawn appreciates the harmony between a rewarding career and personal fulfillment, making the most of time with her family, especially her husband and their two children.
Josie Shea
Recruiting Manager
Introducing Josie, a dynamic talent acquisition specialist currently serving as a Lead Recruiter at WCL Group. With a passion for forging meaningful career connections, Josie attributes her success to her driven personality and dedication to helping people find their dream job.
Josie’s journey commenced in IT recruiting, and through her experience at WCL, she has gained expertise in talent acquisition within the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors as well. Her engaging and compassionate nature, combined with her attention to detail are some of the reasons why candidates and clients rave about working with her.
Josie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communications and Marketing, from Eastern Oregon University.

Trish Alspaugh
Accounting Manager
With over 17 years of experience at WCL Group, Trish has been a key contributor to the company’s financial management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all accounting operations. As Accounting Manager, she oversees payroll, financial reporting, and invoicing compliance, playing a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining the company’s fiscal integrity.
Since joining WCL Group in 2007, Trish has gained in-depth knowledge of the company’s operations and remains dedicated to its continued success. She resides in Lafayette with her husband and four children, valuing both her professional accomplishments and the time spent with her family.
Bailey Sanders
Recruiter
Introducing Bailey, currently serving as a Recruiter at WCL Group. Bailey’s success is driven by her dedication to helping people land their dream job and getting to know more about them.
Bailey’s background was in Telecommunications Sales before breaking into the Oil & Gas industry. Also having an extensive background in the restaurant industry, she loves getting to meet different people, hear about their experiences, and create lasting relationships.
Originally from Norco, California, Bailey moved to Boise, Idaho in 2016 to attend Boise State University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance.
Danielle Reid
Recruiter
Danielle currently serves as a Recruiter for WCL Group. With a passion for helping people, talking, and learning more about people from all over the country, she found recruiting particularly exciting because she gets to help people land their dream job and excel in their career!
Danielle started out her career in PR and client relations, and began her journey in Recruiting with WCL Group in May 2024. She is excited to foster meaningful relationships with clients and candidates, and continuously grow within the industry. Being enthusiastic, empathetic, and ambitious is what leads her to be successful day in and day out.
Danielle is originally from the Sacramento, CA area but moved to Boise in 2019 for college. After graduating, she decided to stay in the Boise, ID area and considers it home. She is a proud alumnus of Boise State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations.
Tenille Mackay
Operations Coordinator
With over a decade of experience at WCL Group, Tenille has been a dedicated member of the team since May 2013. Throughout her tenure, she has taken on various roles, gaining invaluable insights and expertise in operations management.
Tenille’s success is driven by her compassionate yet assertive approach, always striving to meet the needs of the organization and its clients. She’s known for her ability to step in and deliver results whenever challenges arise, making her an essential asset to the WCL Group team.
Outside of work, Tenille resides in Youngsville, LA, with her husband and three children, where she balances her professional achievements with a fulfilling family life.
Taylor Gautreaux
Finance & Payroll Specialist
Taylor joined WCL Group in 2022. With over 12 years of experience in bookkeeping, Taylor brings a wealth of expertise in payroll management, accounts payables, and client invoicing. Known for providing accurate, timely, and efficient financial solutions, Taylor helps maintain smooth operations with a keen eye for detail.
Residing in a small town near Lafayette, LA, outside of work, Taylor values family time. Being happily married and a proud parent of one, you can often find her helping around their small family horse farm.
